In 2022, the Innovation division underwent its nth reorganization, the most visible effect of which was the entry of almost 500 people into the Senior Part-Time scheme, and more than 40 resignations (for around 15 usually): unprecedented in this unit, where a growing number of activities are being relocated to low-wage countries. In 2023, after 120 job cuts in Europe (excluding France) in the course of 2022, management intends to implement a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) plan for almost 700 Orange Business employees within the parent company. Clearly, the Orange Group is undergoing a major restructuring, which raises several questions: How many internal jobs does the Group plan to cut in France over the next 3 years? years? What is the target in terms of headcount for the parent company and subsidiaries in France? France by the end of the “Lead The Future” plan (2025)? On what factual basis is this target calculated? To what end? What job-cutting plans are currently underway outside France? Please specify the countries concerned, the number of jobs involved, the activities activities concerned, and the reasons for the planned cuts?
