but I’m also Unite the Union, and I’m the national chair of the CMA. Now, I just wanted to say I’ve been in the business for 28 years and it’s probably safe to say that the last two years have seen more change than the last 20. Now, for us, when we’ve got an agreement, you’ve got an agreement on transformation with the members of two trade unions. When we get to agreement, we’re very, very good at very quickly getting back to our customers and delivering their promises to their customers on every doorstep in the UK. And in that part, we’re very different than any other parcel company in the UK, because we absolutely touch the fabric of the nation. Now, in that we’ve got an agreement, my first part of my question would be that it’s for two years. Would you agree that that gives us a period of stability for the next two years to build for our customers? And secondly, on the USO, we love the USO. However, the USO was against regulation set in the last century, and it was around when we literally delivered 10 letters to every single doorstep in the UK. And ideally, we are modernising, the government and the regulator needs to modernise and be brought back into the 21st century, so we need a USO that’s fit for purpose now. Would you agree with that?
