Thank you on Engie’s choice of the North-East of Paris for its meeting this year. Does the group have information on the perpetrators of the attack that sabotaged the Nordsteam 2 gas pipeline in which Engie had a stake? If so, would it be prepared to take legal action?

You are saying that you are making progress but as we see some bankers are facing justice and you have absolutely lost control, you just said you have 4% less support of the staff in terms of control means you lost control! On the others issues it looks like you are refusing to take actions? On the deposit issues you are handling that so badly, call centers are so bad you can wait 3h to ask a question that is not on a website. Third, speaking to the auditor, in 2022, things were grim, did you look at it in the NBA you said you would report on the atmosphere within the board. The bankers and predecessors of Mr Swaak are in the eyes of the prosecutors how did the atmosphere of the board feel about this ?

We’ve been hearing about fraud and money laundering, for us it is a government job and not a job for individual bank. Did you protest about this and how ? It costed half a billion. There is to much paper work. My question is : did you protest on being caught upon on money laundering? A number of companies went bankrupt in the Netherland and they say banks run out of money when life insurance have too much. How do you address this situation? On the environment, can’t we make sure that Dutch fruit and vegetable production can become profitable? To the auditor, about the IT system, you did not mention it how did it go when auditing it ?

According to Article 756 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, the company and each shareholder have the right to sue Credit Suisse for damages. Has the board of directors initiated legal action against any of the executives or does it intend to do so?
